摘要
通过分析读者对图书馆员与图书馆环境有关的社会知觉,能明确图书馆社会知觉的概念。大学生读者的图书馆社会知觉偏差有多种表现形式,消减读者对图书馆员刻板印象需采取相应的方法。面对困扰图书馆员和读者的提前霸位和图书污损等现象,需要有破解的整体思路。
The paper analyzes the readers＇ social perception of library of librarian and environment. It has different forms, We need take suitable measures to improve the librarians＇ service.
