摘要
目的:确定制首乌多糖的优化提取工艺。方法:以制首乌多糖提取率为指标,在单因素试验基础上选取试验因素与水平,采用响应面分析法优化提取工艺条件,考察料水比、浸提温度、浸提时间三因素对制首乌多糖提取率的影响。结果:制首乌多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料水比1:19.6(W:V),提取温度89℃,提取时间2.51h。在最佳工艺条件下,制首乌多糖的实际1次提取率可达9.306%。结论:该工艺提取率高、操作简便,易于工业化生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparatacum.Methods: On the basis of single factor experiments,a three-level,three-variable Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the extraction parameters(ratio of water to raw material,extraction time and extraction temperature) of polysaccharides by hot water extraction.Results:The optimum extraction condition was as follows: the ratio of material to water of 1:19.6(W: V),extraction temperature of 89 ℃ and extraction time of 2.51 h.Under those optimum conditions,the experimental yield was 9.306%.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and reliable.
