摘要
摩擦是引起数控机床换向误差的主要因素之一,降低了数控机床的加工精度。在机床换向时,摩擦力表现出非常强的非线性,不利于机床的高精度控制。在搭建的开放式数控系统平台上,通过对速度环施加脉冲补偿量实现了对摩擦的补偿,有效降低了轮廓误差。
Friction is the key factor causing turning errors in NC machine tool and the machining accuracy is reduced. It shows strong nonlinearity and bad for the high precision control. Friction compensation was realized on the open NC system by acting compensation pulses to the velocity control loop and the contour accuracy is improved effectively.
