江苏康乃馨织造有限公司是我国的名牌企业,为河北企业提供了学习、借鉴的榜样。文章介绍了该公司所提出的人才类型三角模型,阐述了该模型在企业人力资源变革中的具体应用,并提出了其他企业运用的方法和途径。
The Jiangsu Canasin weaving Co,. Ltd is one of the most famous enterprises in China, it has provided the example which for the Hebei enterprises to study. This article introduced the triangle model of talented personnel type in Canasin Textile, elaborated this model and its application in the enterprise human resources management, and then proposed the utilization method and the way for other enterprises.
