血尿酸水平与慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的相关性研究被引量：2

摘要目的观察血清尿酸水平与慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能之间的关系。方法选择符合心衰诊断标准的CHF患者300例,根据纽约心功能分级标准(NYHA)分为II级98例,III级110例,LV级92例。所有患者测定空腹血清尿酸水平。根据二维心脏彩超测定左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果随着NYHA分级的增高(II级:III级:IV级),患者的LVEF逐渐降低[(0.52±0.08)vs(0.43±0.05)vs(0.35±0.07)],各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而血清尿酸水平逐渐增高[(298.2±11.2)vs(368.3±13.2)vs(456.6±15.2)μmol/L],各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能分级相关,心衰程度越重,尿酸水平也越高。
