摘要
目的通过举例研究利福平对相关的各项检测指标结果的干扰旨在说明药物的应用对检验医学结果有重要影响。方法比较20位健康志愿者服用利福平前后的肌酐(creatinine,Cr)、尿酸(uricacid,UA)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)、直接胆红素(direct bilirubin,DBIL)的检验结果,分析药物对检验结果的影响。结果药物本身的药理作用、不良反应、相互作用等均可影响检验医学结果。利福平对UA、Cr、TBIL、DBIL测定可产生光谱学干扰,20位志愿者的Cr、DBIL、TBIL三项指标在利福平服药前后比较,其差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论通过分析利福平对肝肾功能等相关检验结果的影响,提示我们药物对检验医学中相关检测项目有重要的影响,只要采取有效、及时的应对措施就可以向临床医师提供更准确、更科学地结果,对提高临床诊断准确率,提高临床医疗水平及改进检验学技术具有重要意义。
Objective Through research rifampacin to relevant detect each index results of interference aims at explaining the drug application on the testing medical results have important influence. Methods 20 healthy volunteers compared before and after taking rifabutin creatinine, serum creatinine （Cr）, uricacid （uricacid, UA）, total bilirubin （total bilirubin, TBIL）, direct bilirubin （direct bilirubin, DBIL） and results of the tests of test results, analyzes the influence of drugs. Results The pharmacological effects of the drug itself, adverse reactions, interaction, etc all can influence testing medical results. Rifabutin UA, Cr, to DBIL TBIL, determination can produce spectroscopy interference, rifabutin UA, Cr, to DBIL TBIL, determination can produce spectroscopy interference, 20 volunteers Cr, DBIL, TBIL three indexes in rifabutin medication before-and-after, its with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the investigate on inspection rifabutin outcome, hints that we just take effective and timely measures to provide more accurate, more clinical scientific test results to improve clinical diagnostic accuracy, and to enhance clinical medical level and improvement inspection learn a skill to have the important meaning.
