摘要
为进一步认识三级跳远的技术特征,对第六届、第十二届世锦赛共16名三级跳远运动员决赛最好成绩的相关参数进行了统计分析,研究结果表明:(1)运动员踏板瞬间水平速度越大,则损失的距离越多;(2)大部分运动员助跑最后两步采用"长—短"模式,且最后一步速度高于倒数第二步;(3)第二跳距离差异较大且与成绩的相关性较高;(4)各跳水平速度的损失率依次增加,适当减少水平速度损失有利于运动成绩的提高,单足跳、跨步跳、跳跃垂直速度的增加,会导致水平速度的损失和动能的损失。
In order to further understand the technical characteristics of triple jump, this paper analyszes 16 triple jumpers'best results in the finals from the 6th and 12th world championships and and comes up with the related parameters. The research result shows that (1) the higher the jumers'level speed is when pedaling, the bigger loss of distance they will suffer (2) most of them adopt the "long - short" approach mode and the speed of the last step is higher than that of the previous one; (3) there is a big diffrence of distance and it is highly correlated with the final perfomance; (4) the loss rate of horizontal speed in each jump gradually increases, so proper reduction of the loss of speed will help to improve the perfromance.
