摘要
企业家精神是企业家表现出来的一种特质,是推动企业和社会经济发展的动力源泉,它包括创新、进取、合作、诚信和社会责任感等丰富的内容。企业家精神因为包含了企业家们的商业智慧和为社会所公认的积极的普世价值,被引入到多个领域,包括体育公共服务在内的政府管理领域同样也能够从中汲取许多有益成分。企业家精神给我国体育公共服务改革带来的启示有:制度创新,提高公共服务水平;精诚合作,发挥多元供给主体的作用;建立社会诚信体系,改善体育公共服务的环境;培养社会责任感,有效利用社会资源。
Entrepreneurship, a trait of entrepreneurs, is the source power to promote the development of enterprises and social economy. Its contents include innovation, progressiveness, cooperation, good faith, social responsibility, etc. With business intelligence of entrepreneurs and its acknowledged universal value for the society, entrepreneurship has been introduced to many fields, including sports public services and other fields of government administration. Entrepreneurship offers the following revelations on the reform of sports public services in China： institutional innovation to increase public service level; sincere cooperation to play the function of multi - suppliers ; establishing social credit system to improve the environment of sports public services ; cultivating social sense of responsibility to effectively utilize social resources.
