摘要
以河北省昌黎县龙泰铁矿竖井工程为例,介绍了大直径回转钻机钻井法在竖井施工中的应用,并详细阐述了锁口、钻孔、井壁制作与安放、充填与固井等工艺过程。结果表明:在地质条件复杂、地下水含量丰富,尤其是存在着流砂层或巨厚卵石层等易塌陷等地质条件时,大直径回转钻机钻井法作为一种机械化程度高、施工进度快、工程造价低、安全可靠的施工方法,可以解决矿山竖井施工中的这些难题;同时,采用大直径回转钻机钻井法竖井施工,不会干扰地方、村民等正常的生活和生产活动,不受地层、地下水、地域、地方干扰等影响;与普通掘进法和冷冻法相比,该方法具有安全、高效、机械化作业程度高、适应性广泛、施工方便等优点,是值得推进的一种竖井施工成井方法。
Taking the Longtai Iron Mine shaft engineering in the Changli County,Hebei Province as an example,introduced the application of large diameter rotary rig in shaft sinking,and expounded technological processes of fore shaft,boring,shaft lining,filling and consolidation in detail.The result has demonstrated that: under the conditions of complicated geological terms,abundant groundwater,especially easy collapsed strata such as quicksand,extremely thick pebble beds,the large diameter rotary rig boring may after all be accepted as a highly mechanized,quick construction progress,low cost,safe and reliable method to solve above mentioned hard nuts in mine shaft sinking.Besides,this kind of shaft sinking will not disturb normal life and production activities of localities and villagers;will not be influenced by strata,groundwater,terrain and localities.In comparison to normal and freezing shaft sinking,the method has merits of safe,high efficiency,highly mechanized,vast adaptability and convenient operation,and worthwhile to be popularized and applied.
