摘要
在NSP窑熟料煅烧机理研究基础上,通过六种窑型各带长度划分及各带停留时间计算等系列参数的计算、分析,提出采用小长径比、大斜度和缩短全窑物料停留时间(T)的优化方案;并提出在保证烧成前提下,压缩过渡带长度(L3)和停留时间(t3)能达到提高该带升温速率,优化窑内烧成热工制度的要求。
Based on the study of clinker calcination mechanism in NSP, an optimum scheme of low length-diameter ratio, large slope and shortening the time of material staying in the whole rotary kiln was brought forward by calculation and analysis of the parameters of six different kiln types. And it was advanced that the burning guaranteed, to improve the thermal system, we could shorten the length of transition zone and the time of material staying in the zone.
