摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,婚姻多元化趋势不断加强,非传统家庭类型,如非婚同居、同性婚姻等不断出现。我国现行法律没有关于非婚同居的界定,只是散见于或隐蔽于相关的一些法律或司法解释。在我国现行法律制度体系下研究非婚同居者间的暴力问题存在一定的困境。因此,我们应当寻找拓展新的思路。
With the continuous social and economic development, the trend of marriage diversification is growing strong, nontraditional family types, such as non - marital cohabitation, same - sex marriage continue to emerge. Non - marital cohabitation is not defined in China＇s current laws, but is scattered or hidden in the relevant laws or judicial interpretation. There are certain difficulties to study the problem of violence among non - marital cohabitants in China＇s current legal system. Therefore, we should be exploring new ideas.
