摘要
目的:研究马鞭草水煎液对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimier’s disease,AD)模型小鼠学习记忆的改善及作用机制。方法:用D-半乳糖制备AD小鼠模型,采用避暗实验观察各组小鼠的学习记忆功能,通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)测定小鼠血清和脑组织内β淀粉样蛋白含量。结果:马鞭草明显延长了避暗潜伏期,降低了错误次数,血清及脑组织内β淀粉样蛋白含量明显降低。结论:马鞭草水煎液能提高AD模型小鼠学习记忆能力,β淀粉样蛋白表达水平降低可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the improvement of Verbenaofficinalis Decoction on learning and memory in Alzheimer' s disease mice and the mechanisms of the actions. Methods: KM AD mice models caused by D - galactose, the abilities of learning and memory of mice were investigated by avoid dark experiment in all animals, using enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determinated the content of amyloidal -β- peptide in the mouse brain and serum. Results: Incubation period in the Verbenaofficinalis group was significantly prolonged and the number of errors was significantly reduced, the amyloidal - β- peptide content were significantly reduced in mouse brain and serum. Conclusion: The Verbenaofficinalis Decoction can improve learning and memory abilities in AD mice, reducing amyloidal- β- peptide levels may be one of the actions mechanisms.
