摘要
源自于天然的抗肿瘤药物在抑制、杀伤肿瘤细胞,改善症状的同时,也在减轻放化疗的不良反应方面发挥着重要作用,因而成为近年来的研究热点;主要是通过多种机制来诱导肿瘤细胞的死亡,如诱导细胞凋亡、发挥免疫调节、抗多药耐药、抑制肿瘤细胞血管的生成等多方面因素,因而体现了其抗肿瘤作用的应用价值和广阔前景,文章就其近几年的抗肿瘤机制研究进展作扼要综述。
The anticancer drug from natural has become the hot spot of research for alleviation adverse reaction with chemoradiation,meanwhile it can inhibited,killed the tumor cell and amendment symptom.It may be concerned with multiple mechanism,such as it can induced cell apoptosis,develop immunoregulation,antimultidrug-resistanced and antiangiogene-sis and so on.As result,the naturally occurring drugs impersonate utilization value and broad prospect.In this review,a brief introduction of the current status of the anticancer mechanism was presented.
