摘要
分析了水利工程开发建设项目水土流失的特点,阐述了水利工程施工临时占地防治区、弃渣场防治区、料场防治区的水土保持工程措施,以及弃渣场和料场防治区的植物措施,最后提出了水土保持工程组织保障措施,为水利工程开发建设项目实施水土保持提供指导。
This thesis analyzes the characteristics of water and soil loss for hydraulic engineering developing project, describes the soil and water conservation measures for hydraulic engineering in temporary construction land-using protection and controlling area, residues protection and controlling area, and stock protection and controlling area, and demonstrates the planting measures in residues and stock protection region. In the end, it proposes the organization guarantee measures of water and soil conservation engineering, which has provided guidance for hydraulic engineering developing project to implement soil and water conservation.
