摘要
目的探索心理护理在皮肤病治疗中的治疗作用和护理特点,回顾分析和总结119例皮肤病的治疗方法和护理对策。方法将119例病人随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(59例)。观察组在常规护理基础上与患者有效沟通,评估心理-社会状况,根据不同的心理状态,实施针对性的心理护理。对照组按护理程序要求给予一般常规护理。结果患者焦虑程度减轻,情绪稳定,对治疗充满信心,积极配合护理治疗,主动参与治疗方案,疾病愈合、缓解快,病程短。结论心理护理在皮肤病治疗过程中,对有效缓解患者负性心理、提高护理依从性,促进疾病痊愈或缓解、减少并发症、降低治疗费用有积极作用。
Objective The aim of this study was to observe mental nursing of the efficacy and characteristics of care in the treatment of skin disorders. Authors analyzed this data on treatment and nursing countermeasures of 119 patients with this disease. Methods One hundred and nineteen patients with skin diseases were randomized into two groups,patients in the study group（n=60）administered normal and mental nursing, while patients （n = 59）in the control group administered normal nursing. The study group was administered normal nursing firstly and to communicate with patients effectively,evaluating mentality-society of patients,being aimed at in view of mental nursing to base different mentality of patients. Results The patients could reduce anxiety and stable mentality,to pin their faith to treatment enough and actively co-ordinate nursing, take the initiative in treatment, faster recover and diminution and shorter course. Conclusions There were positive effects of relieving rebellious attitude,enhancing favorable nursing, promoting recover and diminution, reducing complications and expense in treatment of patients with this disease.
