摘要
目的:观察穴位埋入中药浸泡医用羊肠线(简称药线)治疗青少年功能性便秘的近、远期疗效。方法:对132例青少年功能性便秘患者采用穴位埋入中药浸泡药线方法治疗,2个疗程后随访6个月,比较近期(治疗结束后3个月)和远期(治疗结束后6个月)疗效。结果:近期治愈率为44.70%,远期治愈率为35.61%,前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);近期显效率为31.06%,远期显效率为34.85%,前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);近期总有效率为90.91%,远期总有效率为89.39%,前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位埋入药线治疗青少年功能性便秘,不但疗效显著,而且疗效持续时间长。
Objective： To observe the recent efficacy and the forward efficacy of acupoint-embedding therapy with catgut of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of teenager with adolescent functional constipation.Methods： 132 teenagers with functional constipation were treated by acupoint-embedding therapy with catgut of traditional Chinese medicine.After 2 courses treatment,they were followed-up for 6 months,recent efficacy（3 months after therapy） and forward efficacy（6 months after therapy） were observed.Results： The recent cure rate was 44.70%,the forward cure rate was 35.61%,there was no significant difference between the two rates（P0.05）;the recent obvious effective rate was 31.06%,the forward obvious effective rate was 34.85%,there was no significant difference between the two rates（P0.05）;the recent total effective rate was 90.91%,the forward total effective rate was 89.39%,there was no significant difference between the two rates（P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint-embedding therapy with catgut of traditional Chinese medicine not only is an effective therapy for teenager with functional constipation,but also last for a long time.
