摘要
全球定位系统(GPS)主要由空间卫星星座、地面监控站及用户设备三大部分构成。GPS定位技术具有的精度高、速度快、费用省、全天候、操作简单等特点,使其在工程测量中也得到了广泛的应用,极大地改变了传统测量的作业模式,提高了工作效率,也带来了可观的社会、经济效益。GPS不仅为测量行业带来了重大的变革,而且是继互联网、移动通信之后,人类进入信息化社会的又一次影响深远的信息技术革命。
Global Positioning System(GPS) consists of the space constellation,the ground monitoring station and the access equipment.GPS Technology has been widely used in engineering survey,and has the characteristics of high precision,rapid speed,low-cost expenses,all weather,simple operation,and so on.GPS Technology changed the traditional measuring model substantially,improved working efficiency,and thus brought considerable economic and social benefits.After internet and mobile communication,GPS technology not only brings drastic change for measuring industry,but also has the profound influence on revolution Information technology as the human beings step into information society.
