摘要
采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC),研究了不饱和聚酯基磁性复合材料的固化反应过程。结果表明,固化交联剂的最佳用量为不饱和聚酯质量的30%,该复合材料的最佳成型工艺为160℃,4min,并在140℃下后固化2h。
The curing process of unsaturated polyester magnetic composites was studied by DSC.The results show that the optimum amounts of curing-agent is 30% (based on the UP mass),and the optimum curing condition of the composites is 160℃, 4 min,the composites is postcured at 140℃for 2 h.
