颅内血肿微创清除术治疗基底节区高血压性脑出血20例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法:将38例基底节区脑出血患者分为微创治疗组20例和内科保守治疗组18例,对其临床疗效进行分析。结果:微创治疗组病死率为10%,内科保守治疗组病死率为33.3%,微创治疗组病死率明显低于内科保守治疗组,经统计分析具有统计学意义(P-(O.05)。结论:颅内血肿微创清除术治疗基底节区脑出血疗效优于内科保守治疗。
