摘要
目前,我国高校培养的公共管理人才与社会需求严重脱节,造成公共管理人才需求萎缩的尴尬局面。提高公共管理人才的社会适应力,有针对性地培养适应社会需求的公共管理人才,需要深入思考公共管理人才培养的具体环节。
At present in the universities of our country, the talents of public management they have trained are seriously out of line with social needs, which has resulted in an embarrassing situation that there is a decrease in the demand for talents of public management. It is required that talents of public management should be pertinencely nurtured to improve their social adaptabilities. Therefore the specific procedures for the training of talents of public administration need to be considered deeply.
