摘要
从经济决策、经济管理、法规执行、事业建设、廉洁自律和同事评价六个方面,选择了22个关键评价指标,构建了军队领导干部经济责任审计综合评价指标体系。运用层次分析法原理,对指标进行权重分析,并建立了综合评价模型。以院校教研室主任经济责任审计为例,对综合评价过程进行了详细论述。其评价结果比较符合实际,具有一定的应用价值。
The evaluation index system of economy responsibility audit is established by twenty two critical index from six parts: economy decisionmaking, economy management, rule performance, project build, probity self-discipline and colleague evaluation.The AHP were used in weight analyzing index and building synthesis value models. By taking the economy responsibility audit of a director of staff room as an example, the process of synthesis evaluation is discussed particularly. The assessment results show that the index system fits project situation very well, and has definite application value.
