摘要
2011年是"十二五"开局的第一年,在人才培养工作评估取得的成绩基础上,要实现"十二五"的科学发展,福建体育职业技术学院不断加强可持续发展机制的探索与实践,提出了学院可持续发展机制,其中系统思考与领导力的培养是核心、组织学习力与教师专业发展力的提高是前提,高效的组织管理力与执行力是保障。学院应不断完善可持续发展机制,以实现科学发展,更好地服务于体育事业与社会经济发展的需要。
2011 is the first year of the China's 12th Five-Year Plan. How to implement the scientific development based on the achievements of the talent-fostering evaluation needs the practice and exploration on establishing the sustainable development mechanism. This paper intends to propose a mechanism for sustainable development, based on summing up the achievements and shortcomings, in which systematic thinking and leadership cultivation is the core, improvement of organizational learning and professional development of teachers is a prerequisite, and effective organization and management is a firm foundation. The college should continue to improve the sustainable development of mechanisms to achieve scientific development, in order to better serve the sports, economic and social development.
