摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻骨复位联合鼻中隔矫正术的优越性。方法对20例鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔偏曲患者(仰卧位)施行表面麻醉及局部浸润麻醉,鼻内镜下将鼻骨复位器准确置于鼻骨塌陷处,同时矫正鼻中隔偏曲及骨折。结果 20例患者手术麻醉效果良好,鼻中隔及鼻骨复位准确。结论鼻内镜下行鼻骨复位联合鼻中隔矫正术,较单纯鼻骨复位术具有术后无并发症和微创等优点。
Objective To explore the superiority of septum nasoseptoplasty and nasal bone fracture replacement under nasal endoscope.Methods Twenty cases suffered from nasal bone fracture and nasal septum deviation（in the recumbent position） were performed superficial anesthesia and local anesthesia,were operated on replacement of nasal bone fracture and septum nasoseptoplasty under nasal endoscope.We accurately placed the implement under nasal bone subside by direct view and cured the fracture of nasal septum on the same time.Results The twenty cases had good effect of local anesthesia,nasal septum and nasal bone replace accurately.Conclusions Septum nasosetoplasty and replacement of nasal bone under nasal endoscope made little injury and no complication.
