摘要
生态堤防建设中暴露出来的草坪林木等长效维护难,资金欠缺、缺乏统一规划、建设中思想认识的片面性等问题逐渐显现.针对这些问题,宜从资金保证、维护队伍、设计原则、植被选择、增加生态建设规范内容、思想传宣等几方面提出相应对策,以使生态堤防建设更好地发挥综合效益.
The problems in ecological embankment construction are displayed in the paper, such as long-term maintenance of lawn and trees, fund lack, one-sided and so on. The countermeasures are also discussed in order to solve these problems from the aspects of capital guarantee, maintenance team, design principles, vegetation selection, ideological propaganda, ensuring the normative content of ecological aspects to gain higher benefit in ecological embankment construction .
