摘要
石嘴山电厂以该市第二中水厂的出水为水源,经除盐和混合处理后回用于循环冷却水系统。该工程采用成熟的超滤和反渗透双膜工艺对采用纤维过滤器的部分预处理产水进行软化深度处理,使最终的软化水与另一部分预处理产水按照1:2的比例进行混合。试运行结果表明,混合水水质满足循环冷却水系统的水质要求,同时可以节约黄河水量为26 160 m^3/d;此外,与预处理产水全部采用双膜工艺处理相比,采用混合工艺可节省工程投资、减少工程用地。
The effluent of the second reclaimed water plant is desalinated, mixed and reused for the circulating cooling water system of Sbizuishan Thermal Power Plant. Double-membrane technology of uhrafiltration and reverse osmosis is used to soften some effluent from fibre filter, and the softened water is mixed with other effluent from fibre filter with a ratio of 1 : 2. The commissioning results show that the mixed water quality meets the requirements of the circulating cooling water system, and 26 160 m3 Yellow River water can be saved each day. The mixed water process can reduce project investment and project site compared with the treatment of all effluent from fibre filter by double-membrane technology.
