摘要
随着电子商务的发展,电子支付系统逐渐发展起来。而现有多数的电子现金不能在多家金融机构中流通,并且电子现金的数额在发放时就被固定了,交易时只能在本系统中使用。利用椭圆曲线密钥机制,基于Song-Korba的电子现金框架基础,提出一种由某一权威的金融机构(如中央银行)统一发行,可在多家银行中流通的电子现金体系。对Song-Korba框架做了一些改进,使电子现金交易后的体积不变,可实现余额的合并,安全性更高的电子现金机制。
Along with e-commerce development,e-cash payment systems are gradually developing,too.However,most e-cashes are unable to circulate among different financial institutions.Moreover,the amount of money each E-cash card contains is fixed at issuance and is available only within a specified system.Herein,the authors take advantage of eclipse curve encryption key mechanism.And based on Song-Korba e-cash framework they suggest an e-cash system that is uniformly-issued by an authority institution such as the Central Bank and circulative among multiple banks.Certain improvements are fulfilled upon Song-Korba framework to keep the size of e-cash unchanged after transactions.Furthermore,balance merge from more than one card is available.The new e-cash mechanism is proven to be more secure.
