摘要
针对西霞院电站厂用电10kVⅠ段上负荷开关F111B电缆被误挖断后跳闸导致10kVⅠ段全部停电的问题,通过查看故障信息,分析了开关越级跳闸原因,并重新整定了各开关保护定值和配合时间,有效解决了西霞院电站负荷开关动作后越级跳闸造成10kVⅠ段全部失电的问题,提高了西霞院电站厂用电系统供电的安全可靠性。
This paper introduces the load switch overstep trip incident because the feeder cable was broken by over- sight, which occurred in 10 kV I segment of station power in Xixiayuan Hydropower Plant. As the result, the 10 kV I segment loses power supply totally. By viewing the relevant fault information, the switch overstep trip causes are analyzed. Each switch protection setting and coordination time is set again, which solves the similar problems effectively. Therefore, it improves the safety and reliability of power supply within Xixiayuan Hydropower Plant.
