摘要
科学严谨的管理体制是实现专科医师培训规范化的保障。哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院在专科医师培训实践过程中，以培养和提升实际临床能力为核心，建立了科学合理、规范严格的考核体系，并将Mini-CEX应用在专科医师出科考试中，形成了适应当前医学发展需求的专科医师培养考评模式。
Scientific and rigorous management system is the prerequisite for specialists to standardize training. In order to cultivate and promote the actua｜ clinical ability, the First Clinical College of Harbin Medical University establish a scientific, reasonable, standard and strict evaluation system in specialist training - the Mini-CEX.This system was employed to test on completion of a course and meet the current medical development of specialist training and evaluation mode.
