温度调谐的周期极化掺氧化镁铌酸锂振荡器

摘要 对准相位匹配周期极化掺氧化镁铌酸锂晶体的光学参量振荡器进行温度调谐实验研究,所用晶体的极化周期为30.5μm.以1.064μm的声光调QNd∶YAG激光器作为抽运源,将晶体温度控制在40~200℃,获得3.100~3.398μm的闲频光连续可调谐输出;当泵浦光功率为3.7 W时,获得输出功率约1 W的3.365μm闲频光输出,泵浦光-闲频光转换效率达27%.在谐振腔内还观察到其他激光输出,并对此进行理论分析.结果表明,它们分别是由信号光倍频、泵浦光与信号光和频,以及泵浦光与闲频光和频产生的. A temperature-tuned quasi-phase-matched optical parametric oscillator based on an MgO-doped periodically poled lithium niobate crystal was demonstrated.And the crystal grating period was 30.5 μm.An 1.064 μm acousto-optic Q-switched Nd∶YAG laser was used as the pump laser.The temperature-tuned range was from 40 ℃ to 200 ℃.The continuously tunable idler output from 3.100 μm to 3.398 μm was obtained.The output power at the idler wavelength of 3.365 μm was about 1 W with 3.7 W pump power,which corresponds to an optic(pump power)-optic(idler power) conversion efficiency of 27%.Furthermore,there were some other lights except signal,idler,and pump waves found in the resonator.The results of the theoretical analysis show that these lights are generated by the second harmonic of the signal,the sum frequency of the pump laser and the signal,and the sum frequency of the pump laser and the idler.
