摘要
针对小青矿选煤厂一代铁路车辆整形机劳动强度大、效率低、存在安全隐患等问题,研制了二代整形机。根据滑块在滑道上的移动方式,介绍了滑块的制作方法及液压千斤顶的安装方式。重点介绍了整形机的结构及控制整形机运动的液压控制系统。对整形机的钢丝绳安全系数、轮轴的抗剪切强度和抗弯曲强度、滑道的抗弯曲强度等进行校核,结果证明二代整形机的各种性能均符合设计要求,为企业带来了显著的经济和社会效益。
In order to resolve the problems such as high labour intensity,low efficiency of first generation vehicle shaping machine with potential safety hazard in Xiaoqingkuang coal preparation plant,the second generation shaping machine is being researched.Making method of silder and fixing method of hydraulic jack are determined according to sliding method of slider in slideway.Emphasize the structure of shaping machine and hydraulic control system.Safety factor of steel wire rope,shearing strength and flexural rigidity of axle,flexural rigidity of slideway are checked.The results show that the property of the second generation shaping machine meets the requirement,and this machine can bring great economic and social benefits.
