摘要
论述了煤泥浮选原理。通过小筛分试验和分步释放试验对煤泥性质进行分析,说明入浮原煤平均粒度较粗,生产中要控制入浮粒度。通过对煤泥初步探索浮选试验和正交试验的研究,确定了最佳浮选条件为:捕收剂1330 g/t,起泡剂266 g/t,质量浓度60 g/L,得到精煤产率75.06%,精煤灰分8.70%,浮选完善指标59.03%。
First introduce coal slurry flotation mechanism.Property of coal slurry is analyzed based on screening and staged release experiments.The results show that average particle size of raw coal is larger,which need to be controlled in production process.The best flotation parameters are determined:the dosage of collector is 1330 g/t,foaming is 266 g/t,mass concentration is 60 g/L,according to primary exploration experiment and orthogonal test of coal slurry.In excellent condition,the clean coal yield is 75.06%,ash content of clean coal is 8.70%,improved flotation index is 59.03%.
