摘要
煤矿大功率多驱动带式输送机经常在轻载下运行,输送机所需驱动功率较低,导致其电动机能耗较高,系统功率因数较低,为此进行了改造。介绍了输送机全机启动、双机助力降耗运行的设计思路和改造方案。改造后取得显著的节能效果。
The belt conveyor used on coal mine is usually run under light-duty load,and driven power needed on conveyor is lower,it resulted in higher energy consumption in motors and lower power factor in system.So reform has been carried out.This paper introduces design idea that having belt conveyor started by all motors and run by two motors.It has good results of electricity saving after reform.
