摘要
认为肝硬化残留黄疸主要病机为脾肾阳虚、痰瘀阻滞;治疗当以温肾健脾为主,兼以化痰散瘀。并举验案1则。
The main pathogenesis of cirrhotic residual jaundice is spleen-kidney yang deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation.So the treatment should be to warm kidney and fortify spleen as well as eliminate phlegm and blood stasis.And a successful case was presented for explanation.
