摘要
分析2008版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》在03版基础上的突出改进之处,认为08版的改进内容对规范工程招投标、发承包行为,减少工程结算中的争议,明确和主动控制风险等都有积极意义。
Analyses the outstanding improvement of 2008 Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works compared with 2003 code,the results show that the improved contents in 2008 code are positive to standard the bidding and contracting,minimize dispute in project settlement,clear and control risks initiatively.
