摘要
车灯装饰罩作为塑料外观件,不仅其表面和轮廓精度有控制要求,其功能性检查同样需要。通过对该零部件的检具设计过程的阐述,总结了塑料件检具的基本设计思路和方法。探讨如何在检验器具层面,保障此类零部件的品质。
Hub Car Light is made of plastics, not only its outer surface and outline will be controled,but its function will also be verified .We summarize the main methodology of gage design in this paper according to ausarbeitung design process of Hub Car Light＇s check tool.How to ensure this kind of part＇s quality at the lavel of gage design is the objective of this paper.
