摘要
行业和区域创新平台是整合集聚相关创新资源,支撑行业和区域自主创新与科技进步的重大公共科技创新平台,是区域创新体系的重要组成部分,是科技创新活动的重要基础设施和条件保障。科技情报机构如何发挥自身优势,在行业和区域创新平台建设中起到应有的作用是值得科技情报机构工作者深思的问题。本文概述了行业和区域创新平台的概念及其内涵,浙江省行业和区域创新平台建设的现状,同时也总结了浙江在行业和区域创新平台建设中所采取的一些有效途径,以供相互借鉴,促进创新平台的发展。
The industrial and regional innovation platform is a major public scientific and technological innovation plat-form that integrates innovation-related resources, supporting industrial and regional self-innovation and technological ad- vance ,and is the important foundation and guaranty of science and technology innovation. How the Institutes of Scientific and Technical Information play its due role in the industrial and regional innovation platform with their advantage is worthy of careful consideration for the workers in the sector. This paper not only outlines the concept and contents of the industrial and regional innovation platform as well as the status of the .construction of the industrial and regional innovation platform in Zhejiang Province,but also sums up effective approaches taken by Zhejiang Province in the construction of the industrial and regional innovation platform for mutual reference and promotion of innovation platform.
