摘要
针对煤矿复杂的工作环境及安全生产的要求,提出一种基于ZigBee技术的矿井安全监控系统.首先介绍了ZigBee技术的特点,重点对井下数据采集子系统进行了设计,其中主要包括井下人员携带的ZigBee终端移动节点、ZigBee路由器以及ZigBee协调器的设计,并通过CAN总线将采集的数据传送到地面监控中心,最后给出了井上监控子系统要实现的主要功能.该系统不仅实现了实时监测井下区域的瓦斯浓度和温湿度,而且能实时跟踪定位井下人员,方便管理人员有效地管理矿井的安全工作.
To meet complex work environment and safety requirements of coal mine,a monitoring system for mine safety based on ZigBee was proposed.The feature of the Zigbee technique was introduced,and then the underground data acquisition subsystem was designed,including the design of miner portable Zigbee terminal node,Zigbee router and Zigbee coordinator.The data was transmitted to the monitor subsystem by the CAN bus.Finally,the main functions that the inoue monitor subsystem will achieve were described.The system can be used not only to monitor the concentration of gas,the humidity and the temperature of the underground area,but also to track and locate personnel's place,which is convenient to the mine management of the safety work.
