正确认识世界形势和科学把握时代特征,是无产阶级政党制定路线、方针、政策的时代依据。中国共产党人对时代特征的认识包括:对"时代主题"的科学判断,对"新科技革命"的准确把握,对"经济全球化"的高度自觉,对"世界多极化"的深刻认识,对"科学发展"的坚定意志。
To correctly understand the world situation and grasp the characteristics of times scientifically is the foundation for proletarian party to make their line,principles and policies.The characteristics of the times understood by the Chinese Communist Party include： the scientific assessment of ＂the theme of the times＂,the accurate grasp of the ＂new revolution of science and technology＂,the high degree of awareness of the ＂economic globalization＂,the profound understanding of the ＂multi-polar world＂,and the firm will of the ＂scientific development＂.
