摘要
首先介绍了物料输送生产线的结构和工作原理,其次采用软件FluidSIM-P对该生产线的气动回路进行了分析,最后利用LOGO!控制气动回路和电机。实践证明该输送生产线运行可靠、易于调整,便于推广和应用。
First,the structure and operating principle of a transportation line was introduced.Then its pneumatic loop was plotted in the software of FluidSIM-P.At last,the method of controling the pneumatic loop and motor by LOGO! was analyzed.Practice shows it is a reliable and adjustable mechanism.
