摘要 针对现在的家电产品管理方面存在的问题,提出了一种基于射频识别的家电全生命周期监控追踪系统的设计和实现方案,以RFID作为家电产品信息载体,对家电产品生产、流通、销售、使用、回收等各环节的相关信息进行全程记录。阐述了系统的组成和工作原理,详细介绍了系统各模块的硬件实现方法以及模块间的接口电路。利用数据库管理系统和物联网信息服务技术,设计了实验家电查询的软件系统。通过测试表明,该系统能有效实现对家电产品的可追溯性及相关单位对质量状况进行查询和跟踪。 In allusion to the present problem of management on household appliances, the solution of the whole lifecycle household appliance's monitoring and tracking system based on RFID (radio frequency identification)technology is introduced. The project takes RFID as information carrier of the electrical appliances product, to record related information on the sections of household electrical appliances production, circulation, sale, and use, recycling and other aspects of the entire record of the relevant information. It elaborates the operating principle, and describes the hardware implementation and interface circuits between models in detail. Use of database management systems and information services of the intent of things technology, design experiment software appliance queries. The test indicates that this monitoring and tracking system in effect realized the electrical appliances product traceability and the relevant units carry on the inquiry and the track to the quality status.
