摘要
当前存在的退役运动员就业问题不仅关系着我国竞技体育的可持续发展,更关系着我国建设体育强国目标的顺利实现。研究发现,我国退役运动员的就业困难主要有三大表现:退役运动员整体表现就业困难,形式越来越严峻;偏门项目运动员就业更为困难,诸如体操项目、跳水、皮划艇、摔跤、举重等大众普及比较低的项目;伤病运动员就业或工作均较为困难,我们一方面应该重视退役伤病运动员的就业问题,另一方面应该重视现役运动员的身体健康问题。
Nowadays, employment of retired athletes not only connected with the sustainable development of Chinese sports, but also connected with the goal of building power sports nation. The result shows that there are three major issues on employment difficulty of Chinese retired athletes： the overall difficulty of retired athletes employment, and situation is more and more severe; employment is more difficult to athletes who are in vice - sports, such as gymnastics, diving, canoe -kayak, wrestling, weight lifting and so on, these sports is not popular in mass sports; injured athletes are more difficult to employment or worker＇ then we should pay attention to the employment of retired injured athletes and their health.
