摘要
文件中心的理论依据是科学的、客观的,因而也是完全适合我国的,建立文件中心也是改革和完善我国档案管理体制的需要,更是应对未来日益增多的电子文件的管理及实现信息资源共享的需要。本文就文件中心在我国本土化的原则、具体措施及实施过程提出了一些初步的思考和设想。
The theoretical basis of document center is scientific and objective.Therefore,document center is also adaptive to our country.The construction of the document center is not only the need of archives management system＇s reform but also necessary for the management of increasing electronic records and the sharing of information resources.The paper puts forward some primary thoughts and ideas on the principles,specific measures and implementation process for document center＇s localization.
