摘要
本文通过对现有切削监测的原理分析和综合.以实验为基础,建立起了一套以HMM为基础,与其它模型相结合的方式,对切削过程中产生的非线性颤动进行在线监控。所进行的大量切削实验验证了系统的可靠性、预报的实时性以及监控的有效性。
Based on the principle of monitoring the exisling culting analysis and synthesis, experimental basis, to establish a set of HMM-based. with a combination of other models, generated in lhe process of curling the non-linear vibration-line monitoring. Carried out by a large number of cutting experimental verification of the reliability of the system, real-lime forecasting and monitoring effectiveness.
