正交法测定菠萝罐头中二溴乙烷残留量 被引量:2

Determination of ethylene dibromide residues in canned pineapple with orthogonal design

摘要 建立了菠萝罐头中二溴乙烷残留量的正交测定方法。样品前处理采用正交法优化正己烷-丙酮混合提取液配比及盐添加量。通过比较回收率表明:影响提取效果的主次顺序为蒸馏溶剂及体积配比>无水硫酸钠添加量>蒸馏水添加量。实验结果确定的最佳蒸馏提取条件为:无水硫酸钠添加量20g,蒸馏水添加量100mL,蒸馏溶剂及体积配比正己烷-丙酮(2:1)。在2、5、10、20μg/kg4个水平添加回收实验中,平均回收率(n=5)为91.52%~106.33%;相对标准偏差均小于10%,方法检出限(MDL)为0.5μg/kg。实验表明:该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于菠萝水果罐头样品的二溴乙烷农药残留分析。 The orthogonal design was introduced for determining ethylene dibromide pesticide residues in canned pineapple.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the hexane-acetone mixture and the content of sodium sulfate anhydrous.The effectiveness orders are:hexane-acetone mixture and liquid ratiothe content of sodium sulfate anhydrousthe content of distilled water.The research result shows that the optimum distillation condition was:sodium sulfate anhydrous for 20 g,distilled water for 100 mL,hexane-acetone mixture for 2:1.The recoveries obtained from canned pineapple samples(n=5) added with pesticide standards at the four levels of 2,5,10,20 μg/kg are in the ranges from 91.52% to 106.33%,and the relative standard deviation lower than 10%.The method detection limit(MDL) was 0.5 μg/kg.It proved that canned pineapple sample was appropriate to be analysed by this method with satisfactory results in our laboratory.
