伴脑电图中央顶中线棘波的BECT 1例报告

摘要 1病例报告 患儿，女，5岁半，深圳市人，因“发作性肢体抽搐3个月”于2011年1月30日就诊于我院神经内科门诊。患儿于2010年10月12日出现第一次发作，于睡眠中出现，表现为四肢抽搐、流涎，呼之不应，持续时间不详（因发作时患儿在幼儿园，老师观察不细）。第二次发作于2011年1月30日，亦于睡眠中出现，表现为一侧口角、面部、肢体抽搐，继之四肢抽搐，呼之不应，紫绀，无舌咬伤及尿失禁，
