摘要
目的:为完善我国《国家基本药物目录》提供参考。方法:结合笔者的实际工作,对建立国家基本药物标准剂型、规格、价格和包装等提出建议。结果:《国家基本药物目录·基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分》(2009版)数量虽有所减少,但没有规定剂型、规格,给临床用药带来不少困扰;基本药物价格只规定了零售指导价,各地价格还比较混乱;基本药物没有统一的包装标志,没有规定合理的包装量,均不利于医师、患者优先选用。结论:建议我国尽早规范基本药物标准剂型、规格、价格和包装。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for perfecting essential drug list in China. METHODS： Combining the Clinical work to put forward the idea of adding standard formation, standard dosage, standard price and standard casing. RESULTS： Although the number of essential drugs in Primary Medical Institution Equipped Parts, National Essential Drug List （2009 edition） decreased, there was no standard on dosage form and specification, which bring out many obstacles for drug use in the clinic. There was the highest price limit so drug price was confused in every region. The absence of uniform package marker of essential drugs resuited in difficulty of drug selection for physicians and patients. CONCLUSIONS： It is suggested to standardized dosage form, standard specification, standard price and standard package as early as possible in China.
