摘要
目的:观察清燥养阴方对新疆地区手足口病的临床治疗效果。方法:将80例手足口病患儿随机分为清燥养阴方治疗组和阿昔洛韦对照组。治疗5天后,比较两组的痊愈率、总有效率、疱疹消退时间与口腔溃疡愈合时间。结果:治疗组在痊愈率、疱疹消退时间与口腔溃疡愈合时间方面,均优于对照组,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清燥养阴方对新疆地区手足口病治疗效果显著,有较高的临床价值。
Objective：To assess the clinical efficacy of formular-Qingzao Yangyin Decoction-in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）in Xinjiang Province.Methods：80 children suffered from HFMD were randomly assigned to Qingzao Yangyin treated group and acyclovir control group.The treatment duration was five days.The outcome measures included cure rate,total effective rate,time for herpes fading away and healing time for oral ulcer.Results：There was extremely significant difference between TCM treated group and control group in cure rate,time for herpes fading away and healing time for oral ulcer（P0.01）.The total effective rate of Qingzao Yangyin Decoction was significant higher than that of acyclovir（P0.05）.Conclusion：Qingzao Yangyin Decoction is effective in the treatment of HFMD and has great value in clinical practice in Xinjiang Province.
