摘要
在信息技术革命和经济全球化的推动下,全球信息产业发生着巨大的变化,增长速度快,市场潜力巨大,特别是国家工业与信息化部为中国移动、中国电信和中国联通发放第三代移动通信(3G)牌照之后,通信行业的竞争更加剧烈。从定量的角度,用DEA模型对通信服务业18家上市公司的效率进行了实证分析,并提出了一些对策建议。
Propelled by the information technology revolution and economic globalization,the global information industry is undergoing enormous changes and growing at a fast pace with tremendous market potential.Especially since the National Industry and Information Department issued the third generation mobile communications（3G） license to China Mobile,China Telecom and China Unicom,the competition in the telecommunications industry has been more acute.From a quantitative perspective,this article gives an empirical analysis on efficiency of 18 listed companies in Chinese communication service industry based on DEA model,and makes some suggestions at last.
