摘要
文章分析了图书馆领域的慈善事业不受社会制度的影响,公立及民办图书馆如何收费服务才算是公益机构等问题。提倡对国外图书馆之友如何帮助图书馆获得部分运作经费的案例研究,并提倡图书馆应专词专用。指出不是所有民办图书馆都可称为图书馆,要区别清楚何为图书馆,才能顺利开展学术研究。
This paper discusses on the problems about the charity in library areas that doesn＇t affect by the different social system, the public library and non - state - run library should be clear how to carry the fee - based services then can be considered as public sector, and advocate the word of ＂ library＂ should be specifically use. We should research into the case that library friends help the library to obtain part of funds in foreign library . All non - state - run libraries can not be called library. We should clearly know what is library, and then can successfully carry out academic research.
