摘要
通过对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金和7075-T6铝合金组成的叠层材料进行干式钻削实验,分析了叠层次序、压紧力、进给量和转速对层间毛刺高度和宽度的影响,并观察了毛刺的微观形态。在实验中,当转速为2 000r/min,进给量为0.075mm/r,压力为0.3MPa,叠层顺序为Ti-6Al-4V在7075-T6上时,有最小的层间毛刺和层间毛刺形态。
Presented an experimental study on dry drilling of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy and 7075-T6 aluminium alloy stacked materials,which was performed by using uncoated cemented carbide drills.The interlayer burr root thickness and interlayer burr high were evaluated at various spindle speeds,feed rates,stacking sequences and clamp forces.Following the interlayer burr morphology was observed and analyzed.The best process parameters recorded were at the spindle speed of 2000r/min,the feed rate of 0.075mm/r,the pressure of 0.3MPa and the stacking sequence of the Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy on top of the 7075-T6 aluminium alloy.
